What I collect

• Your email address and store or page link when you submit a form.
• The platform, package and notes you choose to send.
• Basic visit data (pages viewed, device, approximate location, how you found the site) through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may record anonymised screen interactions.

How I use it

• To reply to you, review your page and send findings.
• To send payment requests, do paid work and send reports.
• To measure and improve the site and my advertising.

Access to your store

If you hire me, I use the access you grant only for the agreed changes. I do not ask for passwords. I do not copy or share your customer data. You can remove my access at any time.

Who sees your data

Your data is processed by service providers I use to run the business: Netlify (hosting and forms), Airtable and Make (records and automation), Google (email and analytics), Meta, Microsoft and NOWPayments (payments). I do not sell your data.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses cookies and similar technologies from Meta, Google and Microsoft for analytics and advertising. You can block them in your browser settings or use browser privacy tools.

Retention

I keep lead and order records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymise them. Ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing getgrowthlens@gmail.com. I reply within 30 days.

Children

The service is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, I will update the date above.
