Refund policy

I want you to be happy with the work. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Before work starts

If you cancel before I have started on your site, you get a full refund.

Growth plan (monthly)

Cancel any time by replying to any of my emails. You are never charged for a month you cancelled before it started, and the months already worked are not refunded unless a rule on this page applies.

If I find fewer than 3 fixable issues

If I cannot find at least 3 fixable issues on your page, you get a full refund.

If I cannot complete what we agreed

If I cannot complete the fixes in your package (for example, your platform does not allow it), I refund the part I did not deliver.

If you do not like a change

Ask me to revert it within 14 days of delivery. I will revert it at no cost.

What is not refundable

• Fixes that were completed as agreed and accepted by you.
• Results you expected but I did not promise, such as a specific increase in sales.

How to ask

Email getgrowthlens@gmail.com with your order email. I reply within 2 business days and send approved refunds within 7 days the same way you paid: crypto to your wallet in the same coin (network fees may apply), bank transfer back to your bank account.
