By using getgrowthlens.com or ordering a service you agree to these terms.

The service

GrowthLens reviews online store and landing pages and, when you order, makes agreed changes to them. The packages, what each includes and their prices are shown on the pricing section of the site and confirmed in my reply to your order.

Free mini-audit

The free mini-audit is offered to a limited number of stores. I may decline a request. It is advice only and creates no obligation for either side.

Ordering and payment

After you order, you receive either a crypto payment invoice (NOWPayments) or US bank transfer details by email, depending on the method you chose. Bank transfers must include the order reference in the memo. Work starts after payment is received and you have returned the signed access and consent form. If crypto does not work for you, reply to the order email and we will find another way. Prices are in US dollars; crypto network fees are paid by the sender.

Access and your responsibilities

• You confirm you own the site or have the right to authorise changes.
• You give access only by invitation or limited user. Never send passwords.
• You keep a backup where your platform allows it.

What I do and do not promise

I make the agreed fixes with reasonable skill and care. I do not guarantee specific results such as more sales, higher conversion or better ad performance. Results depend on many things outside my control.

Revisions and reverting

Tell me about any change you do not want, and I will revert it. Extra work beyond the package is agreed and priced before I start.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profit.

Intellectual property

Your content and brand remain yours. Reports and recommendations I write for you are yours to use.
